We want you to love your UVERCEE order! If you're not fully satisfied, here's how our streamlined process works:

Eligibility for Return or Exchange.

You have 5 days from delivery to request a return/exchange. Requests after this period cannot be processed.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, and free from odors or damage. Original packaging is required.
Each order is eligible for return or exchange only once.
A ₹200 fee applies to all return/exchange requests, covering reverse pickup and, for exchanges, the delivery of a new item. This will be deducted from your refund or charged for the exchange.
New items for exchange are dispatched within 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect the original item, subject to availability.
We arrange reverse pickups for most serviceable PIN codes, subject to courier availability. If unavailable, you'll need to self-ship the product and share the courier receipt.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item doesn't meet our policy criteria.
Exclusions: Products purchased during B2G1, B1G1 promotions, and "Final Sale" items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds.

Refunds will be credited to your bank account or UPI ID, minus the ₹200 return/exchange pickup charges.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
No returns are accepted for products priced under ₹200.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled and must be handled as a return per this policy.
