ADDITIONAL CHARGES

We refund the amount minus Rs.200/-(adjusted towards shipping & re-stocking charges) per Order in your bank account or UPI-ID.

Important: No returns will be accepted if your Product Price is Under 200 Rs.

    Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale, Combo items (i.e. Buy 2 Get 1 Free), or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns these can be exchanged only. During Exchange Free item might not be available then you have to choose another item as suggested by the customer support representative.

• Eligibility:

1. Initiate an exchange request within 5 days of delivery through our website using your order number.

2. The product must be in resalable condition, unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.

3. Note: Items purchased from clearance sales are not eligible for refund or exchange.

• RETURN

  1. To initiate a refund or exchange, please get in touch with our customer support with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  3. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues.

  4. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

  5. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  6. We are not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during the return shipping process.

  7. In case of a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used.

  8. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet our return policy criteria.

  9. Please note that customized or personalized items are non-refundable.

  4. Only one-time Exchange or Refund is allowed.

  5. All you need to do is initiate an exchange request through our website with the particular order number within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order.

  6. Exchange/Return eligibility: The product(s) requested for exchange should in resalable condition. It should not be used, washed, or worn and must be returned with intact tags and original packaging.
