Initiate a Return or Exchange

Eligibility for Return or Exchange.

• You have 5 days from delivery to request a return/exchange. Requests after this period cannot be processed.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, and free from odors or damage. Original packaging is required.
• Each order is eligible for return or exchange only once.
• A ₹200 fee applies to all return/exchange requests, covering reverse pickup and, for exchanges, the delivery of a new item. This will be deducted from your refund or charged for the exchange.
• New items for exchange are dispatched within 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect the original item, subject to availability.
• We arrange reverse pickups for most serviceable PIN codes, subject to courier availability. If unavailable, you'll need to self-ship the product and share the courier receipt.
• We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item doesn't meet our policy criteria.
• Exclusions: Products purchased during B2G1, B1G1 promotions, and "Final Sale" items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds.

• Refunds will be credited to your bank account or UPI ID, minus the ₹200 return/exchange pickup charges.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
• No returns are accepted for products priced under ₹200.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled and must be handled as a return per this policy.

Customer Service

• Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours.

• Free shipping across the India.
• Product are shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 2 working days.
• The order will be guaranteed delivered in 4-5 days from the date of order Placed.
• You will receive order tracking number on WhatsApp or Mail as soon as we ship your order.
